We are a group of people 40 years of age or older who prove that age is never an issue when wanting to live happy and healthy lives. Our goal is to support and encourage people to defy the barriers we and others set befoe us because of age.

More and more people are discovering that kettlebells are a fun, effective way to get into shape and improve their bodies. Our group will offer its members support and information about training with kettlebells.

We are a group of individuals who would rather be in the gym sweating than any where else. Who will do whatever it takes to get the results we seek. Who think excuses are for sissys and that the gym is not a place for socializing. It's serious business.
