We are a group of people 40 years of age or older who prove that age is never an issue when wanting to live happy and healthy lives. Our goal is to support and encourage people to defy the barriers we and others set befoe us because of age.

Instead of getting help from people around the world, let's focus on people around the block. Need a boost? Want a new Gym Partner? What frickin backroads do you take to avoid 295 at rush hour anyway? We're here, let's be there.

We're a group dedicated to getting in top shape for upcoming competitions in our area. Beginners are welcome. We can encourage, support and educate each other in our quest for strong, healthy, winning physiques!
