hey coryjp I saw your thread. Props man, you put on a lot of mass. It might not have ended up exactly the way you were hoping, but it's all about learning right? now you know what to do and what not to do, and have set new goals for the future. Keep up the good work. Day by day we get closer to our goals!

Hi all I have to say - we definately need to feed all day, every 3 hrs with a good amount of calories. A tip for all, take in heaps of almonds it lowers colesterol and you can take in plenty of eggs in the morning as our metabolisms burn them like fire, so eat eat eat , and bring on the size ;)

Try getting a weight belt and adding poundage to yourself for those pullups it works for me. Use all variation of hand withds for the lat pull down try and throw a leg movement in to get that testosterone flowing before doing other body parts.

I just don't have the time to be super active on here right now. Really busy with school, and work, and gym, and food!. Once I get my school stuff done and I apply for university then I'll be able to get this group going and get people talking and discuss training and gains.
