Having well developed arms is one of the most common and popular goals of bodybuilding.

Detailed Goal

Dedication to increase the size and vascularity of deltoids, biceps, triceps, and forearms through specific targeting, increased weight resistance, and intensity of workout, good form, plus overall hypertrophy and bodyfat reduction, without steroids or illegal substances.

Group Commitment

"Every member of this group committed to..."

Each member commits to dedicating at least one full workout session a week to concentrate on arm and delt development, and to keep others in the group up on progress, possibly through photos, lifting journal, or just a running measurement. You don't have to have big arms now, just want them to grow crazy huge.

also!!! rules might be different for bigger guys but i am wondering sense 4000 cals a day is hard to sthomach, is it possible to grow muscle if you eat alot ( like 3000 ) but burn off more then u take in weekly ? or do u absoultly need that sur-plus of calories to gain lean muscle tissue?

Cooler weather in the northern latitudes means staying indoors and that means more gym time. Good for adding more sets, completely soaking the tank tops and boost the arm growth to new levels.

Hey, I'm seeing some really nice arm growth among the members. Let's really slam it hard so we can finish the year with real impressive gains. Don't forget to post pics and show off those cannons!!!

I get pretty good results on the medial delt head with cable flys. Rep it till you can't lift your arms.
