This group is for hard trainers. Workouts 6 days a week including weight training and cardio. Clean eating with 1 cheat MEAL (not cheat day) during a week. Jul 31, 2009 11:08am Well our 12 weeks are up. I remember thinking when we first started that 12 weeks would be like forever, but it came and went pretty quickly. I've made considerable progress, but I still have a little ways to go. But I'm happy with the route I created. I hope everyone made some progress. It doesn't stop here though. This was just the kick in the ass we needed to get started. I hope everyone continues on and keeps progressing.

Jul 14, 2009 7:48am HAC what up!! We're lock and loaded in the last few weeks of our challenge. So I challenge the group to go balls out (excuse my french) for these next few weeks. DO that cardio, PUSH that weight, keep that DIET CLEAN for these last few weeks, and LETS GET IT done. The weather is nice so instead of watching that sitcome step outside with the fam, spouse, pet or i-pod, and enjoy all life has to offer. I promise you wont regret it. Live not just for the day, but for the future.

I've been living all alone for past 2 months and I couldnt manage to be active enough around here ! and obviously it was so hard to keep being consistent the way I wanted,however I kept going at it anyway. I uploaded some progress pics and I'm planning to have a consistent summer work so love to get your thoughts on my stuff ...

Jul 12, 2009 7:46pm Hey everyone! It seems I've let this crew slide for the last while. Let's kick it up again, and get back to being a team! Tomorrow I'm starting with 5:30am workouts, one body part a day. I know I'll be beat come Friday with doing renovations on my mom's bedroom but it's all for the greater good. Though my initial goal date is coming up I'm continuing the fight. A continual 12 weeks to victory if you will. lol I thank you all for being a part of the HAC!!!! xoxo

Jun 22, 2009 6:58am Hey HAC!! Hope you all had a great weekend!! The goal this week is one that EVERYONE can accomplish...30 mins of EXTRA cardio per day...this can be ANY kind of cardio...I plan on giving my dog an extra-long walk in the evenings!

Jun 18, 2009 12:58pm Heya HAC Crew..... all week I have been hitting my regular training and adding the abs in. Monday did 200 crunches ( Ab machine, hanging leg raises, knee ups), yesterday peeled off another 200, and today 250. It felt awsome!!!! Hopefully by July 31st I can post a pic with some abs in it.
