    what seems be everyone's motivation or drive right at this moment for training....I seem to go uphill and downhill....unfortunately I'm downhill right now but I'm looking for some new motivation maybe. I figure there HAS to be someone else who has a method that will help me.

    I need some advice on how to tighten and lift the rear end area...I have been doing lunges and squats and my legs are finally starting to make progress but my booty just doesn't wanna work with me....any suggestions team?

    After my first month of training, tonight I found out how awsome b/bell rollouts and waiters bow supersets are. I really loved the feeling from those tonight.
