Hi All, Not sure if I am a typical hard gainer (if there is one). I do not find it hard to gain fat, but only around my stomach and chin. Have always had quite skinny arms and legs. Now the challenge is to get rid of the fat and put on some lean muscle. Just back from a cheat week on holiday, so now I better get to it.. Cheers

Hey guys - My metabolism works overtime and I have a tall, volleyball player build (6'2). I want to gain lean muscle and gained 15lbs up to 192 last summer after a year an a half of training. Got tendonitis in my shoulder and stopped working out. I dropped 15lbs in 2 months. Now looking to gain it all back and more. My doc wants me to start light but have a gradual program 10% more each week.

Alright we have nine members to date and everyone is doing something different with training programs. This is good stuff...In the body blog section I think it would be cool if we post a comment on diet, supps, training programs on your own homepage. Posting Quarterly Body Blogs on personal records(PR's) or keeping your body stats up to date is another great tool for everyone to see and learn from! Eat BIG and lift BIGGER!
