    hey guys, since i joined this terrific group, i've gained 15 lbs. from 160 to 175, but now i need to know how my diet should be to get all the fat out and return to my deep cut body, i dont wanna lose any of the muscle i've worked so hard to get

    Hey everyone. New to the group and site but excited to maintain some consistency. My workouts are going great but any advice on diet and supplementation would be greatly appreciated. Are there any effective prohormones out there? I've tried a couple of basics one with mixed results.
