I cannot speak specifically for the rest of the group, however I assume most of the members' goals revolve around gaining muscle mass in a relatively short period of time. My personal goal is 30lbs in 9 months.

Aug 28, 2009 1:22pm i used to consume 7-9,000 unhealthy calories a day, which gained me about 15lbs this summer, but since i switched to about 4-5,000 healthy calories, i'm much more cut, lost about 3lbs. of fat, and i'm obtaining much leaner gains now as a result.

Aug 28, 2009 1:19pm i tried musclejuice 2554 and i gained 10lbs in 3 weeks which was a miracle for a hardgainer like me, but all the 60g of sugar per serving aggravated my migraines. i gained 4 lbs. in 2 months from bsn's true mass so i don't recommend it. i'm tryin' cytogainer right now and i'm hopin' for sum good results.

Aug 25, 2009 11:50pm Right now I'm working on taking in over 3,000 healthy calories a day. I'll report the results as I go.
As far as a weight gainer, BSN's True-Mass is a good choice. Tastes good, mixes easily, and is full of good ingredients. Although, the fat content is a bit higher than the Muscle Milk Cyto-Gainer alternative. I personally prefer the Cyto-Gainer, but have used them both on and off. Either would be a good choice. Hope that helps.

Jun 14, 2009 12:06am what hendrix said plus I also eat tuna, cytogainer and muscle milk-to add more calories I have musclemilk in the middle of the night when I get up to go to the bathroom. I also take size-on, it's a good creatine. If you are not gaining switch up your workout routine and up the calories. EAT BIG TO BE BIG!!!!!!!

Jun 13, 2009 4:37pm Whats up csieg3,I aim for 30% Protein/45% Carbs/25% fat.For carbs I stick to Oats,Sweet Potatoes, Brown Rice, and Veggies.Protien is Eggs,Turkey,Chicken,Steak,Halibut,Salmon.Fats I only go with olive oil, peanut butter, almonds.
I eat around every 3 hours (5times). Although somtimes I feel fat, I think the overall trend has been that I have been lowering body fat since i've started eating like this.I feel like I'm not gaining as much as i can as fast as i can?Any other suggestions?
