Hi everyone, I just joined this group and figured that you all are the closest that I'd get to in terms of occupation. I'm a research scientist at a major research medical school. I know everything about how busy career and family life can be and how difficult it can be do still workout. Any working out support from this group will be very much appreciated

Doing great here. Just noticed that my pants dropped a size (now 36" from 38") so all is good. Doing another round of HST. This time with a twist: My wife is joining me. Kinda fun having the partner as a partner! Hope all is well with everyone else

Thanks X - It did go well. And I remembered all the gear. A buddy brought me black posing trunks as well - and they fit better than mine! Great experience. Another in April

Two days out from my first comp at age 59. Wow! Another dream being fulfilled. I am amazed that this is all possible. This should be a good time. Weight has stayed under 150 even with a day of big time carbing. One more day of that and I should be pretty well filled out. Wish me luck!
