    Hey guys ! Had to put my quest for the 150's on hold. I made it to 125's for 10 reps. But I was gaining too much fat eating to get strong. Plus I was getting too damn sore. Need to give the joints a break and shed some of this fat. I'm still training somewhat heavy, but focusing on diet and a ton of cardio.. Train Hard People !

    I'm using 80lbs dumbells for shoulders and 70lbs for biceps. not too shabby considering!

    Welcome new members! I'm glad to have such a high quality group of guys on here! Giant-Sadly my lifts haven't gotten any BIGGER yet but fighting through the condition my body is in,im proud to say they haven't changed for the worse! Still liftin big!
