Oct 30, 2009 4:21pm Hey guys ! Had to put my quest for the 150's on hold. I made it to 125's for 10 reps. But I was gaining too much fat eating to get strong. Plus I was getting too damn sore. Need to give the joints a break and shed some of this fat. I'm still training somewhat heavy, but focusing on diet and a ton of cardio.. Train Hard People !
