Man, you are makin' it happen with the those DB inclines! I couldn't do 18 reps with my gym bag, let alone triple DBs. I hope to return to the DBs with full intensity after my break... Good luck with the throwback T-bar rows!

MHL, you deserve a break man! I finally recovered enough fom Vegas and getting stuff sone around the house to get back at it last night. Started doing t-bar rows with a bar jammed in the corner of the room and a V-handle. I really missed that movement and am feeling it today. Should get up to 110s on DB inclines next time around too after 18 total reps with 105 last night. Just need to find a way to eat more.

Welcome back, Train. It sounds like you had a good time. I have a major deadline at work this month, and then I'm off to Lake Superior for a week-long family vacation. This will be my first layoff since the comeback, so it will be a little weird. But I'm hoping that some of my minor injuries will heal and that I can get back into the groove upon my return.

Yeah, didn't quite make to LV Golds. Something about getting in at 6:30am fromt partying and then having the actual bachelor party the following evening made me think sleep was a better idea. Rehab at the Hard Rock was amazing though. A few jacked dudes walking around there. Now it's time to get back to business though. I know what you mean about Cutler form though. Staying strict is tough with 275 though, Jesus!

The L.V. Golds, huh? That sounds good.... I look forward to hitting that gym during my Olympia trip. Sounds like you DC guys are making great progress. I have legs tomorrow, and I will keep the front squats and Jefferson squats in the arsenal. The other day I hit 275 on the BB rows, but my form slipped from Shawn Ray-style to Jay Cutler-style, if you know what I mean. I'll keep things strict during the next split routine cycle...

Andrew, Do straight straight sets on rack deads. I do 2 straight sets, one of 6-8 and another of 3-5. Or do one straight set and a widowmaker.

Week 7 is under way! Cannot believe how quickly this blast is going. Hit a new PR on Rack Deads this morning - 240 for 15 RP. This is going to be another good week!

Getting geared up for legs and bis tonight. I started incorporating a few new movements into this last blast and am stillsore from Tuesday's workout. Thanks to Flex Lewis, I found a great delt and rotator cuf exercise called "steering wheels" which is a front raise with a plate, turning it 90 degrees when parallel to the floor.
