Detailed Goal

Our goal is to follow our life's plan as best we can in regards to health, fitness, and bodybuilding. Given that we take the inside-out approach, our goal then is to become as knowledgeable about the human body as possible. We do this through open discussion of all ideas.

Group Commitment

"Every member of this group committed to..."

The commitment here is very simple, encourage one another with our own truths.

I have been a terrible moderator. Hope everyone is doing well on their goals. I've recently been experimenting a lot with raw vegansim-whereas, normally I'm eating raw meat, raw dairy products, raw fruit, and raw vegetables together daily.
