Then I realized I was walking by a bodybuilding convention outside a GNC. So it got me thinking how can I get me a pair of bubble bombs? What do these models have that I don't?

Sep 6, 2009 7:11pm LOVE the Cardio Wave machine at my gym. Simulates inline skating and I have discovered higher muscles on the sides I never had before. Secret is to lift the knees and as leg comes "down" focus on that glute.
