hey. I know this isn't completely group related, but I just wanted to know if "Strongest Man in the World" competitions really host the world's strongest men. Could Mr Olympia go toe-to-toe with those guys?

Squats, Squats and MORE squats....if you do them with the proper form your legs will grow to big for your jeans eventually

quick question: Does anybody here know a good way to build leg strength other than the leg press. I go to planet fitness, but their machines don't go up very high.

Hey everyone I am new to the I Am Juggernaut BodyGroup and excited to be a part of what looks like an awesome group of individuals. I have one guestion...I just started (trial and error) training 2x per day and 6 days a week. Immediately when I wake up I do a 30 minute home circuit training and then evening I pump hard in the gym. It's only until I drop some fat then I'll go heaving in the gym 1x a day. ANYONE ELSE DO THIS BEFORE AND WHAT WERE YOUR RESULTS?
