Oct 2, 2009 10:12am Well 2 pounds a week is a good loss. But dont get bumed if you only loose 1 or none. Just site back and see what you did wrong and improve on that.

Oct 1, 2009 2:38pm New to group and just starting to use this site as a motivational tool to keep me going and help keep others going. My ambition comes and goes with adversity. Something always seems to get in the way. Have a question, I have a goal for my body building but need to break it down smaller to see that I am on track. How do you set realistic time, poundage and bodyfat progress goals?
