BodyGroup Comments

In phase 3 of Jamie's plan. I am having to be creative with some of the cardio listed due to injuries. Beginning to see indentations in my abs, which is encouraging. Helps me to make healthier food selections when I see progress! Weight seems to have plateaued. However, I have experienced this before and know to just keep following the plan.

Hey everyone hope you are enjoying your journey! And if you are just starting out KEEP GOING! Something I wish someone would have told me in the beginning - do not be afraid if you are not losing weight or even gaining weight in Phases 1 and 2 because it will all melt off in Phase 3!

I'm half way done with week 4 of the LiveFit trainer! I'm definitely at the stage where some people have reported feeling blown up. I can definitely see some strength increases which is awesome! I'm looking forward to starting the cardio in phase 2 to start trimming down

I just completed week 3 of the program and so far, so good. I've already noticed a change the amount of weight I can lift so that's great. I just have to keep pushing myself to go hard each day.

Hi there! I am on week four and I am finally seeing some amazing changes dropped five lbs and feel stronger and tighter. My clothes seem to be looser and noticing I am so glad I stuck with the four weeks and no cardio just weight training it was totally worth it!!! I am so looking forward to phase 2 and see more wonderful changes! Good luck to all of you on this journey!!! :)

Hi All! I'm in the start of Phase 1, week 2! I've been doing great with the workouts. But having a hard time with the eating plan (keeping it 100% clean), but I will do what I can even if I follow an 80/20 rule. 80% clean and 20% not so clean. But will definitely try my hardest in keeping the food as clean as possible since I do want to reach my fitness goals!
