Hey guys, I need some help. Recently I've started working out more intensely and I've been working out daily. Consequently, I've been hungrier, and I admit I've been eating a lot of peanut butter lately. How can I eat (vegan) to lean out and not be so damn hungry? I've gained some weight ever since hitting the gym every day and my jeans are fitting tighter... not looser! Yelp! What's a girl to do?

starting phase 3 next week! loved the workputs so far and seeing great results. scale not moving as much as i wanted but hoping within the next few weeks to drop a few more lbs! last 4 weeks gonna be intense!

I'm on week 2 of this gig :) I have done great with the workouts but haven't been eating six times a day, only 4-5.. but I'm working on it and am determined to make it all the way through with fantastic results!

What a way to start off week 8! Was down 2.2 pounds this morning. I can really start to notice changes. Talking about giving a person a boost in motivation!!! Workouts are going to get intense and I am ready! Letsdodis!
