Hi there! I am on week four and I am finally seeing some amazing changes dropped five lbs and feel stronger and tighter. My clothes seem to be looser and noticing I am so glad I stuck with the four weeks and no cardio just weight training it was totally worth it!!! I am so looking forward to phase 2 and see more wonderful changes! Good luck to all of you on this journey!!! :)

Hi All! I'm in the start of Phase 1, week 2! I've been doing great with the workouts. But having a hard time with the eating plan (keeping it 100% clean), but I will do what I can even if I follow an 80/20 rule. 80% clean and 20% not so clean. But will definitely try my hardest in keeping the food as clean as possible since I do want to reach my fitness goals!

Hey everyone, I'm in phase 1 about to start week 3 and have a question about supplements. I'm currently taking a multvitamin, Optimum nutrition platinum hydro whey and cod liver oil (with evening primrose). Should I also take CLA? I bought this a while ago and never used it. I'm wondering whether it would be beneficial or too much seeing as I'm already taking the cod liver oil. Hope you're all enjoying your training as much as I am! Alison :)

Hi All, I got half through this program about two years ago, and then had to quit due to an unrelated injury. I remember that I loved it, and have always wanted to go back and complete the whole thing. So, I'm starting again this week!

Today was my final day of the program! I followed the workouts exactly and didn't miss one workout! I followed her nutrition guidelines and ate clean the entire 12 weeks with not one cheat meal, or one sip of alcohol. As far as I know, I've lost 18 pounds and 7% body fat. Tomorrow I'll know the actual final results and will post the after pics. If you're on this program and you have any questions or need any advice at all, please don't hesitate to message me! Any thoughts on doing crossfit or boot camp style classes w/this eating plan? I see the first 4 weeks have no cardio.

Hello everyone I am on week two day nine biceps and back. Loving the workouts just not use to not doing cardio, so that is something I am getting use to for the month. Good luck to all of you on your transformation journey! :)

Hi guys. In 1 week I'm starting LOW/HIGH CARB cycling. I'm a little bit mixed up with the Total of calories intake.. Do we leave it the same or do we add a little bit of CALL on a HIGH CARB day? Thanks

Starting my first week tomorrow and would love to know if i really need to eat that many eggs and chicken every day? I'm a student so that money adds up really quick. Can anyone who has been doing this for awhile give me some tips? Thank you
