Hmm... I've been wondering: Do supplements really enhance your bodybuilding success?? I've been taking protein shakes but that's it. Have any of you experienced better results with the aid of supplements?

I am a Zumba Instructor and do class 4 times a week. This is pretty high cardio. I am starting the program on Monday and was curious about how you think doing Zumba will effect my results with the program? Zumba is in the morning and then I won't be doing my workouts until evening with this. Any thoughts are appreciated!

12 week program completed! This has worked for me even though I did'nt 100% stick with the strict food regime. Have lost weight and can see muscle in arms and legs. Still along way for me to go to get the body I want, but this was a great start. Highly recommended that you stick with it:)

Starting week 2 tomorrow. Really excited after 3 long rest days. I feel like I've eaten more in a week than I usually eat in a month! I'm doing this program alongside my karate classes which are twice a week. They can be pretty intense so I hope I'm not sabatoging? my muscle building efforts too much with the cardio. I guess we'll find out.

Started this plan 3 days ago. Sore but feeling great. I am looking forward to seeing my body change over the coming weeks. Any suggestions from those who have completed this plan?

This little gem dragged me out of my home gym (aka my cave) and inspired me to join my old gym again. *YAY* I'm finishing week 1 of lifting on my own - very close to Jamie's first week's structure - and plan to start my 12 weeks 8/4/2014, right after I back from vacation. Gonna blow it out of the water... !
