Day 3 of phase 1. Everything is going good so far. No problems following the eating plan, I feel like I'm eating all the time! I went and spoke to a professional body builder for advice on supplements. He was very helpful. I can't even imagine myself in a bikini as of right now, but someday maybe.(about 6-12 months from now) Off to the gym :D

I have finished day 1 of Phase 1. I have never liked cardio so I am stoked to not have to do any for the first 4 weeks!

Hi Everyone! on day 3 of phase 1 and feeling sore but happy :)i have tried to stick as closely to the plan as possible but feel myself struggle with eating so much and so often. I am not use to it but trying hard to do it. looking forward to seeing results not just for my short term goal, but also as a lifestyle change.

Almost done with phase 1 after this hamstring heals !Gotten way more stronger and see a ton more muscle in my arms very happy about that. Decided not to weigh myself til after phase 2 because after cardio I drop weight fast so it will be exciting.Good luck to everyone!

Starting today!! Cooked all my food for the week yesterday. The mini meat loafs smell so good and the protein bars look pretty good too.

I'm new to LiveFit Trainer. I will be starting the program on Monday, 14 May 2012. If anyone is starting on that day, I would love to have a workout buddy. I'll be on my own with this program. A little encouragement, I feel, goes a long way! Thanks in advance.
