I'm considering starting this program Sept. 2nd. I need to lose 20 pounds and want to build a lot of muscle. I see a lot of people say they don't lose weight. Am i better off sticking with my low carb diet?

Started this 12 week journey last week! I am on week 2 and love love LOVE this program! Jamie Eason is awesome! I already see my biceps getting bigger and and my thighs and stomach slimming down; however, I am not taking measurements until the end of each phase due to past experience. I learned if I take them too much I get discouraged if I don't see improvements in the numbers right away. Good luck to all I look forward to seeing all you succeed!

Does anyone who has been on the program for a few weeks feel there needs to be more core exercises and cardio in the program? I'm in week 11 and I've built some muscle but I haven't burned nearly as much fat as I thought I would. I know part of that is due to the fact that I'm not getting in as much cardio as I normally would. Once completed I may do this program again with more core strengthening exercises added in and maybe do a bike ride or jog every morning after week 3.

@catrinaf I recently added BCAAs to my regime 30 minutes before my workout and I've noticed that I have more energy to lift a little heavier for longer reps.

Hi! I'm starting this program for the second time. I'm almost 5 months postpartum from my 3rd pregnancy. Any women out there have substitutes for the ab workouts in this program that are safe for separated muscles?

Hi all! I'm starting this program today and I'm a little nervous but very excited. Did all my meal prep yesterday and I'm ready to go. Just had a quick question about the nutrition/supplements. Here is my meal schedule: 6am breakfast, 9am snack, noon lunch, 3pm snack, gym @ 4:30, dinner @ around 7pm. Should my after workout protein shake count as my afternoon snack? Or is that in addition to my snacks/meals? Thanks! and Good luck everyone!!
