I've had that issue before. It just gets old after awhile so you kind of have to change it up, also make sure that you are getting enough sleep, this could be the factor of why you're fealing tired. Weakness is a sign you may be getting sick, check that out. I just started getting up early and going to the gym, got up at 5:30am, went to the gym from 6am-7am and now waiting to go to work at 8:45am. Going again after I leave work at 4pm to do the cycling bikes!

I wish I could help. I go through super motivated stages and then my super fat lazy stages. They say consistency is best but I have never had it! The best I can tell you is work out first thing in the morning so its out of the way and you dont have to work up the motivation later in the day. For eating, give yourself a cheat meal once a week. Stay clean until that day and then eat whatever you like for one meal. This will keep your body guessing and it will satisfy some cravings.

Ok I've come to the conclusion the diet needs to start again if I want to lose more weight. I've had a few months off from losing weight and have just been maintaining so I think my body is ready for another round. But this time we're doing this a tad different. I'm going to research a bodybuilding diet and go from there.

Cassie depending on what you're eating you could be bloated and don't even know it. Drink lots of water, stay away from other drinks and aim for 9 cups/day. It should clean you out. Also, drinking a few cups of coffee in the morning will help since caffeine is a dieuretic.

It was all good, I threw on my fat pants and went on with my day, I was upset but I just started my period right? But all week my abdominal has been bigger. I have wore my fat jeans all week, the ones I was just going to toss. I actually had to go to good will and buy 2 more pair of 'fat jeans' I started taking Animal Cuts on 9/22 and started GVT training 9/17. Any clue to why my midsection is bigger? I stopped animal cuts yesterday and also stopped GVT. My period ended the 10th.

so in late september I took a week and a half off. We were so busy and had so many people over it made it hard to keep up. I ate what I normally eat on my off times and its not good. Usually I come out of the off time pretty well and rested and not any bigger and if I am bigger its not by much. This time I was 117.8 on the 26th and 27th and 119 on the 29th. I did start my period on the 8th of October and that is when I noticed that I couldnt fit into my clothes...
