Could not find a group for Kentucky. Thought we should have our own local support group.
Group Description
For those who live in Kentucky and are trying to live a healthier lifestyle. For anyone who is taking an active role by improving the way they live. This group is for those in the state of Kentucky to have local support in their goals. Wether it is for losing weight gaining muscle or staying in shape.
Getting in great shape is hard. We have all been through the ups and downs and swear this time weâ??re really going to make it. If we come together as a group and help keep each other motivated and accountable.
