Get lean and firm for a healthier you. I'm tired of the fatty weight. I want to start a group that will help woman lose fat and get firm. Don't want to bulge up, just firm up. Be at a healthy stage in life to live better and longer.

My group commitment is to exercise 4 - 5 times a week for 45 - 60 minutes. Stretch everyday! Change their workout routine every week and do lots of cardio. Sep 25, 2009 7:38pm Hello ladies. I am finally seeing some more changes in my body. I am very excited. My love handles have gone down and some defintion is starting to show up. I kicked up my cardio by jogging and tightening up my diet. So far it is working out well. This is week 6 for me and going strong.

Sep 3, 2009 5:22pm This week I have started working out in the morning and it much better for me. It helps me to get the work out, out of the way and helps me to focus on good eatting habits all day. I am already starting to see changes in my body. I'll keep you ladies posted.

Aug 28, 2009 11:02pm I just wanted to share my little victory. I have made it threw two whole weeks. I will take measurements again at the end of the 1st 12 weeks. the least I can do without a scale. I hope you ladies are keeping up the good work.

Aug 25, 2009 12:17am hey ladies just wanted to let you know i can at least post my wasit size which is a 33 1/2 maybe a 34. that is the biggest my wasit has every been. no worries in my 1st 12 weeks i plan on getting it down. oh did anyone have a problem with being really hungry when they started working out?

Aug 5, 2009 5:47am Hello ladies, hope all is well and your workouts are going good. I have been doing my Bodyshock class 3days per week and some cardio. I need to bump the cardio up. I will be moving back to Cali in about 10 days so I will be offline for a while. i will also be starting P90X when I get back to Cali so hopefully i will have some good progress pics. Jul 23, 2009 6:08am Hello group, I have some workouts that need to be posted hopefully this weekend i can do that. To date I have lost 8lbs and have completed several small goals. I can now do 20 pushups and about 20 sit ups. Not bad considering i could not do any before i started the bodyshock/crossfit training. I'am so happy and excited. What is everyone else doing? I would love to here from you all.

Jul 18, 2009 8:27pm Hi everyone hope all is well. Last week in my bodyshock class we teamed up and did the following circut. It took about 20 minutes. We did .25 mile on TM, 100 KB Swings, 100 dumbell thrust squats, 100 sit ups, .25 mile on TM, 50 KB Swings, 50 Dumbell thrust squats, 50 sit up and another .25 mile on the TM. Boy was i tired but very pround of myself. Please write in and let us know what everyone else is doing. Let Motivate each other.
