Nov 5, 2009 2:27pm How much cardio? I'm doing 20 minutes of HIT on the elliptical after lifting, but I've heard one needs to be in the 45-minute range.

Nov 5, 2009 2:23pm Basically with a strict diet that just entails keeping it as clean as possible. I try to eat as little sugar as possible and only eat things that are good for me (low sodium, no preservatives etc).
Lift, eat right and do cardio and you'll get cut...

Nov 4, 2009 7:04am What's the strict diet if I might ask? I've been following a strict one as well, but I have kids and have to live. So I do use some supplements. I've got a spare "bicycle" tire I can't seem to get rid of.
