    What's up guys/ladies? Time to get some good discussions going on through our group. Since it is turning cold outside I was wondering if everyone is going to continue to do cardio or do a winter bulk with little cardio. This year I think I'm going to continue to run outdoors several times a week. Let me know what everyone else is planning on doin....

    my hawks lost this weekend...to Northwestern (how depressing). besides that had a great weekend. no workouts, but got some cardio done ;)

    Yea I do about that much time with cardio after lifting. slowing things down a little in the winter to gain some more weight. Anybody doing anything exciting this weekend? Go Hawkeyes- 10 and 0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    How much cardio? I'm doing 20 minutes of HIT on the elliptical after lifting, but I've heard one needs to be in the 45-minute range.

    Basically with a strict diet that just entails keeping it as clean as possible. I try to eat as little sugar as possible and only eat things that are good for me (low sodium, no preservatives etc). Lift, eat right and do cardio and you'll get cut...

    What's the strict diet if I might ask? I've been following a strict one as well, but I have kids and have to live. So I do use some supplements. I've got a spare "bicycle" tire I can't seem to get rid of.
