We all strive to gain lean muscle, and as we know it doesn't work overnight it takes alot of time and dedication, good quality sleep, healthy nutrition, and hard work in the gym and not so frequently.

Welcome aboard I've learnt to stick away from the size option for us control cals if using fitness pal use maint level and add as necessary others you could gain too much bf too quickly.

Well it ain't no easy time for us ectomorphs to gain weight you gained a few kilos over Easter then you net back to zero. Looks like its back to quality nutrition protein at least 250g per day
