Starting my transformation today and so scared and excited at the same time. I am mother of 3 kids and cardio junkie! I have never done strength training but this program seems like the right place to start since it tells me what to do everyday.

Dear Baldwinj: congratulations for starting out the program and getting some results already! That's great! If you need to skip any sessions, simply pick up the next day where you left off. So if, for example, you were supposed to do back/biceps today and you don't get to it, then pick up the program tomorrow with back and biceps.

I just started my transformation and I already feel results! Anywho, I have a question regarding days I skip due to some unforeseen circumstance: Do I just track the exercises set for that day on another day when I can pick it back up? or should I track the next set of exercises scheduled and skip the last exercises completely? Basically, am I supposed to make up the lost workouts? Sorry if this is already addressed somewhere. I do appreciate any and all information. Great program Lee!

Dear aHul- Thans for the kind words regarding my program! In regards to your breakfast, perhaps try to have 1 cup of oatmeal with some berries and 1 scoop of a protein powder like my ProV60. That's an easy breakfast to prepare. If that is too much for you, then perhaps try a Lean Body Meal Replacement packet with 3-4 plain rice cakes. As far as protein shakes in between meals, that sounds great! Keep up the good work. Best, Lee

Hey Lee, ive always had trouble with eating breakfast because i have never been a morning person. Im going to start the 12 weeks strong and on the right path and breakfast is the only place i struggle with (portion sizes). Im 21 years old and weigh 208, is 2-3 egg whites too much or not enough? Also for in between meals i have Muscle Pharm Assault protein, would a shake be good idea? Thanks for the help and thank you for putting so much time and effort into making this program.

Dear Bheflin - cutting the fat is determined more by the type of diet that you follow than the exercises you do. Without the right diet, the fat simply will not be burned. With that said, you could substitute the flat bench press for the decline press if you want for variety purposes but keep in mind that fat loss is more a matter of dieting. Best! Lee

Dear Doughnutfingers - no need to reduce the weight unless you cannot do all the prescribed repetitions. Best! Lee
