@robg How many calories are you eating a day? Best thing you can do to gain weight is to eat more calories to put you into a caloric surplus. Below I have linked an article that has helped me better understand the breakdown of macros and daily calories.

Hi Lee, 9 weeks in and still think I am having an issue with the nutrition. I am now 65kg and have lost around 9pounds. The amount of weight lifted is still going up slowly. I wasn't overweight to begin with I'm getting quite skinny. I am eating every 4 hours, taking fish oil and having coconut +extra virgin olive oil. I am eating more than the diet plan recommends about 200g for carbs and protein to try and combat the weight loss. Any advice would be really appreciated.

Dear riggsinator: for total fat grams per day, multiply your approximate lean body mass x 0.3. Spread those grams throughout the day and make sure they come from good sources like fish oils, extra virgin olive oil, nuts and organic coconut oil. Best, Lee

Note about recipes on MyFitnessPal. They haven't added the feature to search for other people's recipes yet. But I would recommend adding the ones you try and like to it for the convenience of calculating your daily nutrition.

About how many grams of fat should I be consuming per day? I've begun putting the recipes I like into which automatically calculates the Nutritional Information. So far I have the Yam Muffins and "Lasagna" inputted with some minor tweaks to serving sizes and ingredients. If anyone uses this app I am adding the tag "Lean Body Friendly" "Labrada Lean Body" and "12 Week Lean Body" just pay attention to the serving size differences!

Dear mschula: Glad to hear that you are recovered and that you are ready to re-start. I suggest you start out with 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight that you are aiming for. The same for carbs. This number can be an approximate one. For fats, do amount of protein x .33. Best of luck! Lee
