Hi Mr Labrada! I finished your 12 weeks Lean Body program yesterday and I just wanted to thank you for making available this kind of program for all of us who want a better shape! My goal was toning and definition, I can now see some good results, I still have to lose some belly and tights fat, but overall I am happy! But now I guess I just need to continue with the training :) Thank you once again!

I started the program yesterday after about a year and half layoff from training. I did day 1 yesterday and day 2 today.

Did day 2 yesterday, all I thought about for the rest of the day was I felt great and could have worked out longer... I was a machine!
