OK time for me to really really lean out my legs and get some cuts!!! This is my weak spot and why I lost my last competition!!! I need help people please and thanks!!!

What is the thought of including both straight leg and regular dead lifts in the same leg workout? What about sets and reps in light of that. Or do you include regular dead lifts in the back workout. I want to really build the hams.

Anybody HELP!! My right leg has atrophied from knee surgery, any suggestions on getting it not so noticeable?? No I dont work my legs in single either, i work them both at the same time.

Love that I found this group. Working in the 250-330 range on squats. Zero definition relaxed. Need to keep building quads while getting down my 23% BF. Tips (and a little butt-kicking) are welcomed.

I am 52 years young and I declare right here and now I will put two inches on my legs over the next year!! My goal is to make my legs my best body part, not my worst!!

Yesterday was leg day started a few new workouts to mess with my muscle memory, one legs squats have me hurting today, anyone have any good suggestions for shreading my quads next leg day? Maybe a solid calf suggestion too?

Today is leg workout day for me.. Dedicated to destroy the legs en every angle possible... If im not crawling out of the gym that means the workout wasnt good enough...

hey guys! have a question i train quads on monday and hamstrings on thursday i was wondering is it better to do front squat only on quad day and back squat on hamstring or do it like Im doing it right now which is doing both front and back squat on myquad day?
