I am excited to see what this body group is really about. I'm here if anyone has any questions. My maint focus is legs and I am looking into power lifting when i return from this deployment. I did well over here set some good PRs and still getting gains.

joined legs of steel through invitation hanks joe!! legs done over two workouts hams calfs Sunday, quads calfs Wednesday anyone tried this strategy??

Chest/Tri this PM...and Tomorrow is Leg/shoulders! Wootwoot. s2shred has been a pretty interesting routine so far but ready to start my next series. May go back to the Jamie Eason 12 week or try something new. Any suggestions?

Today was arms day... But I couldn't leave the squat rack alone - bit of max range of motion GVT and the quads were pumped! Love it!

Going to try to get into the double digits again, squatting 405. I got 17 with 365, so I think I can at least get 10! Wish me luck!
