Makin Chumps Eat Yo Nuts

We are a group of athletic talent who want to help others with their difficulties whether it be dunking, shooting, passing or even lay-ups.
Group Description
We are a group of slam dunk wanna-bes and/or all-star dunkers who want to help other people get to their level. We want to be the high-lights of basketball games and make chumps eat our balls if they dare to get in our way. We strive not only to look awesome, but be a team player and I need player at that.
Baseballbeefupchanged Overall Goal: "From 220 to 185 now going to fully dedicate myself to getting back to that 220 mark by christmas, rededication time to the iron game. Also time to kick the bad habit that comes with baseball, chewing tobaco no more room for that in my life!."
Dunking on chumps is hard, rather you or six foot five or five foot nine like me. We have all played basketball and wanted to improve in something to better our game. If we come together as a group and help keep each other motivated and accountable to follow a routine leg exercise program we can finally dunk on chumps and be awe ...
Everyone that joins my BodyGroup must be committed to helping all the members reach their goals, staying motivated, and holding each other accountable. By doing this we will be awesome and feel great!

Feb 15, 2009 2:35pm full squats, ass to floor when you're going down. Also a good stretch before you actually play a sport is a static hip flexor stretch, usually static stretches arent good for warm ups before sports but this one will help loosen your hips so you can get more power out of em giving an extra 1-2"
