I think the masters category is an elite group of like minded bodybuilders facing another stance at a youthful life! 35, 45, 55, 65 + whatever your master ...
For us elite group of bodybuilders who either gotten into training later in our lives, and/ or finally figured out the method of training. Weather you compete or found the fountain of youth, lets make this the place for the "Second Twenties" generation!
supporting each other in the masters category through weight loss, muscle gain, competition, diet and all the other fruits we look for during our prime fitness age!

Jun 3, 2009 7:09pm If any of you are into the "third twenties," I'd invite you over to our ultra-masters chamber--"Over 60--But Not Over the Hill" group. And you youngsters still between 40 and 60 are welcome to visit us mature bodybuilders if you behave yourselves :)

Apr 18, 2009 11:52am Time for the Bimonthly Progress Report: the benefits of "muscle memory" are slowing down now that I am becoming more conditioned. I gained about 1.5 lbs of muscle and lost over 10 lbs of body fat. I'm going to alter the diet a little bit to improve the LBM gains, but overall, the program is going well.

Mar 21, 2009 8:30am I finally regained the pound of muscle I lost after catching the flu, so my training is back to its normal level of insanity. I have new progress pics posted; new body comp measures will get done next month. Keep training hard...

Mar 10, 2009 4:06pm I hear ya on the Flu Bug! I just took my last antibiotic today,..I would say all in all I am about 88% recovered. Diet has been under par but strength very whicked!
