    Good to hear Ladee, Sorry it took so long to post, I havent been checking it later. Perhaps I need some motivation as a moderator! But to answer your question about getting focused and what supplements, I would have to recommend NO Xplode! it is a favorite among military, and it really keeps me focused and intense at my workouts. I really dont know if I can train without it (tried, but didnt have the same edge). Hope all continues to go well with you

    I feel so discouraged guys...just got back from leave doing all that fricken eating...but i want some motivation so i can get back to the gym...pls let me know the best supplement that i can get on...i was on animal cuts before and it worked...:)....please help me :(

    Sweet! 7 members on the first night.....hopefully there can be more. I just realized when you invite people to join your group, and it says "last log-in date, Sept 2007" then they probably wont be joining. Ill pay closer attention to that.
