    What's up group, how's everyone training and goals going?. My bad, I've been off site for a minute. I tweaked my lower back doing deadlifts, sacraficing "Quality for Quanitity". But I'm back again, I can't stop. LOL.

    Just want to say thanks to all who serve now and who have served and who are yet to serve. I am a military spouse who's hubby is on his way to Afghanistan. Trying to keep my stress levels low with running and lifting.
