Aug 26, 2009 8:29pm Just wanted to say hi to everyone! It's great to see other military wives on here. My husband and I are on here and are both trying to achieve a healthier life. Thus, far I've lost 11% bodyfat and 14 pounds since Jan 2009 :-) My goal is to lose another 3-4 %bf & have a firm core before I have kids!
