    if you can help [advice, constructive criticism, etc.] then by all means let me hear it! i truly have the heart and mind to pursue this sport of bodybuilding. as ambitious as it sounds, dont get me wrong, im a humble human being but dont we all have a dream? i'm allll ears, anything that helps i'll listen i'm not tha type of idiot who sits on a high horse, i love this sport becuase you have to face the facts i'll stop rambling on and on, but i gotta say, its harrd to find help.

    hi all!! long story short to prepare more effectively for a bodybuilding show i have to say, i think the hams and glutes are not competition ready whatsoever, and the upper lats could have more depth. overall ,i need the conditioning right, and the depth for that grainy look.
