BodyGroup Detailed Goal

"So us mothers could stick together and learn from each other in regards to dieting on the run, eating while taxing kids all over town, sometimes working full time,.what to do after having a baby to stay fit. Hopefully this group will provide some motivation and inspiration."

BodyGroup Commitment

"Every member of this group committed to..."
To change what others see as "mommy body". Sure we live with time constraints, kids all over the place, stretch marks, and a little bit of baby vomit once in awhile. That doesnt mean you can't get fit and stay fit.

Hello, I'm looking for someone to help me out with what type of supplements are ok for me to take. I have a four month old and still breastfeeding. I would like to continue, but I also want to lose the extra pounds. I'm new to this.

Hello out there! I'm a happily married, stay-at-home mom of four cubs, (which includes my 3-year-old twin boys) from Texas! I am new to bodyspace, but am totally committed to fitness and my goals. In fact, I have already lost just over 80 lbs in just over a year and am going hard after the last 40 to achieve the goals I've had for the last 10 plus years!!! Cheers to 2014, this is my time!

Hello from Montana! :) I am a full time working mom of two beautiful girls, ages 8 and 5 months!!! I am eating clean and working hard to not only get back to the post baby (#1 ) shape but then some! Currently doing an intense circuit/weightlifting program and seeing changes! excited to have additional motivation here!

Basically, I struggle with jumping in and doing workouts that are too intense for me. I've got a 13 week run/walk program that I'm going to use to build a cardio fitness base. I'd also like to do strength training twice a week, though. Anyone have any tips about how to find appropriate "beginner" strength training programs?

Hi, everyone! I'm new to the group. I've never been what I would call "fit". I swam in high school and enjoy sports. I got into weight lifting my senior year and continued off and on through c
