Detailed Goal

So us mothers could stick together and learn from each other in regards to dieting on the run, eating while taxing kids all over town, sometimes working full time,.what to do after having a baby to stay fit. Hopefully this group will provide some motivation and inspiration.

Group Commitment

"Every member of this group committed to..."

To change what others see as "mommy body". Sure we live with time constraints, kids all over the place, stretch marks, and a little bit of baby vomit once in awhile. That doesnt mean you can't get fit and stay fit.

I have 2 kids one just made 2 years old and a 10 month old it is VERY difficult to get your body back when you are over 30 having kids. But, if you follow a diet and do tummy exercises and cardio at least 3 days a week for 30-45 minutes you should see a big difference in a few months. I do aerobics 5 days a week I also follow a bodybuilding routine and in the best shape of my life have gained plenty of muscle.

Hello moms, I am happy to be a part of the group. I'm also, still learning the functions of bodyspace. Just wanted to introduce myself to everone..... My name is Angel I'm a mom of two. 23 months and 9 months. I'm here because I could use an overhaul. I really need to get back in shape. Best of luck to everyone.
