When measuring your biceps Measuring Bicep Size When Flexing Extend the chosen arm fully and the wrap measuring tape around it.Make a fist while keeping the measuring tape around the arm. Flex the arm muscles, primarily the biceps and triceps, as hard as possible.Write down the measurement from the biggest peak of the upper arm in inches. This is the measurement of the flexed arm. Can someone help me out with this?? How should I do my measurements?? After a pump or not? And p.e. when I measure my arms, do I've to tens my bicep or just relaxe them?? Thx in advance!
