Tito; Cramping! I use taurine and potasium pills to keep my cramping in check especially when I'm dieting for a show, hope this helps you too.

Well i was going very well on my fitness journey until life through something unexcpected at me. I have now found myself exhuasted and unable to do my workout. I am now putting some tools in place like this group and also..rethinking the timing of my workouts to get me back on track..step by step and slowly.
