    Sup fellow skinny guys. I feel your pain. Anyways this looks like a good bodygroup so i joined. Once I see some pounds adding up i will comment on my progress. Also, anyone here use supplements? If so what ones and why?

    Progress report; From Dec. 24 2008 to Feb. 19, 2009 I have gained 6 lbs. lean mass, added 1 inch to my chest, 3/4 inch to my biceps, and lowered my bodyfat slightly.

    First progress report. From Dec. 24 to Jan.17 I have gone from 162lbs to 166lbs gaining 3.6lbs lean mass and .4lbs fat. Bodyfat has gone from 5.5 to 5.75%. I have gained .5 inches on my chest and .25 inches on my biceps.
