    They had a negative response to you because naturals will keep their gains indefinately; on the other hand, they will loose their gains as soon as they stop using the "gear". Fear of the inevitable is a natural thing.

    hey guys, can anyone help with a question? is it possible for me to get into good enough shape for an amateur natural bodybuilding comp inside a year? Measurements at min are: 15" arms, 16" calves, 43" chest, 32" waist and 170lbs btw im 5ft 8"

    I recently switched to 3 day a week full body routines and I am seeing strength gains. I do my legs and shoulders in the morning before work at 5 am then get the rest done sometime after work when i'm set to go. I'm tryingto cut down the bodyfat a bit, so i'm not eating as much but if i was i'm sure would be going up in body weight as well.

    anybody with some tips supplements anything they have maybe figured out that i havent i take protein thats all... always wanted to train the healthy way the safe way but im not getting the gains i want im training like crazy 5 dys a week diff muscle group everyday any tips???

    I used to train at 6am but actually found I have better workouts at about 6pm because I have more 'food' energy from eating all day. What kind of training program are you workin with??? I'd be glad to share any thoughts I have on improving it.

    I JUST JOINED THIS GROUP TODAY. I'M HOPING TO GET HELP ON TRAINING FROM OTHER NATURAL BODYBUILDERS. ANYONE TRAIN EARLY IN THE MORNING? I HAVE BEEN STUCK AT 218LBS FOR A WHILE AND NOT REALLY GETTING ANYWHERE. NEED TO TURN IT UP A NOTCH BUT REALLY DON'T KNOW WHERE TO TURN TO.

    Thanks alot for the invite guys. I wish I this group would of came about before I had reached the limit for how many groups your allowed to be in because I really like what this group stands for! I've always much preffered the natural physiques of the golden years vs. the drug laden physiques of today. Best of luck all of you! Take care!
