Jun 15, 2009 7:38pm I recently switched to 3 day a week full body routines and I am seeing strength gains. I do my legs and shoulders in the morning before work at 5 am then get the rest done sometime after work when i'm set to go. I'm tryingto cut down the bodyfat a bit, so i'm not eating as much but if i was i'm sure would be going up in body weight as well.

May 27, 2009 7:48pm anybody with some tips supplements anything they have maybe figured out that i havent i take protein thats all... always wanted to train the healthy way the safe way but im not getting the gains i want im training like crazy 5 dys a week diff muscle group everyday any tips???

Apr 30, 2009 8:37am I used to train at 6am but actually found I have better workouts at about 6pm because I have more 'food' energy from eating all day. What kind of training program are you workin with??? I'd be glad to share any thoughts I have on improving it.
