Greetings all ... I am 57 years of age and I'm in the best physical condition I have been in for years and years. Working out "harder" but also working out "smarter" is certainly giving me positive results. Glad to be part of this Group.

Hello everyone... just joined this group - I have been on bb.com for a year or so, but just got around to using its features. I wish I had used it earlier - it's awesome! O well, no looking back... Happy Easter/Passover/WhateverYouCelebrate to everyone!

Hey I need some help! I've been steadily adding strength and mass, but I just can't seem to reduce bodyfat so it's not showing! (frustrating) Any tips?
