Get down to a healty bodyfat percentage. Not the 32% I was at in Jan. This includes dropping fat, gaining muscle and getting on the right diet I can live with. I have lost about 2 pounds a week for the last month and deligently go to the gym 3 days a week. Whether I feel like it or not. I hope to hit 120 in the next 2 months. Ho ...
