We are a group of fitness mind people who want to take it to the next level and bring it to the stage or keep in touch with those we have competed with, or for those who support us.
We know nothing can compare to training for a show. No one understands you like another competitor. You make life long friends. It is somewhat like a fraternity with the worst iniation. It changes your lifestyle. You find out who your real friends are. We pray this is your best year ever. We are holding a workshop on Jan. ...
Everyone that joins must make it to the stage on May 30 for NPC Steel World.

May 11, 2009 7:38am I will be at the show in Mobile as a spectator. My wife said I have been eating us out of a home this year. Funny though. She likes the fact I lost 30 pounds over a year with "light" cardio and weights. I wish the competitors all the best of success !
