    HEY ALL sorry its been a while since Ive been on here, my lap top was on sick leave lol. Well an update Im officially cleared for the LE job on Bragg. Im just waiting on my report date and working out as hard as possible. Im currently doing the Special K diet to drop as much weight as possible and adding protein too. My worst fear right now is my push ups!!! I suck at them!

    My boyfriend is a soldier and he told me about this work out he did. did 3.5 miles with full ruck sack gear, body armor ect, at then end of that went up a 1000 flight of stairs. Im going to attemp this see what I can accomplish lol good thing i have life insurence lol

    Wow that is awsome cardio I do a total of 6 mi a day due to work give or take. How is the cardio doing on cutting u up?

    well yesterday i did 1.7mi in the morning and then in the night i did 3.6mi so grand totel of 5.3mi in a day today i slept in my body needed it! tonight im goin to do 4.8 at once and thatll be my cardio for the day!

    Thats what I said, I told him if you want to write me up for that please do. Because a Gov law suit is was easier then the lottery. lol I think you should do some weight training just make high reps of like 30 in one super set! that cuts the fat. Also check out synergy fitness videos on here or youtube and you can get some amazing work outs... whats your cardio? Im running 2 times a week doing a 300 work out and some of these exercises on that vieo and running bleachers... Think ROCKY lol

    hmm. . .that does suck that he doesnt understand the importance of in general and is it even right to restrict from taking or eating whatever you want? im focusing on cardio right now trying to drop pounds and inches i want to lose around another 30-40lbs then ill get back on the weights i just want to be able to see progress when i start lifting again
