Hi. Thanks for the email. . . Question? I am often bloated. Not gassy just bloated. Is it too much protein? I've been trying to drink at least 10 glasses of water a day. I usually make it to 8 -- I do like to sleep at night and can't if I'm going to the restroom every hr. So, do you or anyone else have any ideas? pointers? Often, I'm fine when I wake up but as soon as I start eating, it's like that bloat hump never goes away.
