    Thank you all for joinging. You know it's like they say...where there's a will, there's a way! SImple math can get you your results...more output and less input. Do more calorie burning exercise and eat less but more frequent healthy melas and snacks! Sounds simple but you will get tehre with patience and pure dedication and will!

    Hello to all - Ruthie I have to agree with "do1more". It is the hardest thing to do ...taking the dreaded before picture (and worse, I despise having mine taken). I have been able to compare and it makes me feel a lot better when I see the progress. You see, you may not see it on a day to day basis, but a picture doesn't lie...you see the product of your hard work. I will be getting my better half take some new before and get them on here as soon as possible.

    Hi Ladies, Glad to be on board. Ruthie- I saw your comment, and even though you may be embaressed- you should definitly take some pictures- they will serve as a marker for your progress, and incentive to improve.

    Hi Sniperbabe. You look good in your bikini! I can only wish for that. The last time I wore a bikini was when I was 25 lol! I just started with bodybuilding.com and I am too embarassed to put up a picture. Anyway, goodluck to you and goodluck to this group. I'm sure we'll have more members join!
