Group Description

This group will support each other as our years increase along with our muscle mass and self esteem. Our measure of success will be how often we hear, "You have the body of a 30-year old." We will share successes and secrets to turning back the clock.

    on this group page, look at the blue info box under all our member pictures called BodyGroup Forum Activity. Click on "view all threads." In the page you get look for a light blue button on the right--"Group Tools" just above the list of all the threads. Click and pull down to "Subscribe to This Group then choose the "notification type" as daily email.

    OK, I know I'm blond & all that, but.... when I go to "Forums" I see nothing that says "group tools". What am I doing wrong. I'd really like to receive those notifications.

    One way to make sure you don't miss the forum action is to "subscribe." Go to the forum. At the top right you see "group tools." Click that and highlight subscribe and choose an email notification. Then you'll know when one of us gets enought energy to climb out of the rocking chair and post something.
