Group Description

This group will support each other as our years increase along with our muscle mass and self esteem. Our measure of success will be how often we hear, "You have the body of a 30-year old." We will share successes and secrets to turning back the clock.

    One way to make sure you don't miss the forum action is to "subscribe." Go to the forum. At the top right you see "group tools." Click that and highlight subscribe and choose an email notification. Then you'll know when one of us gets enought energy to climb out of the rocking chair and post something.

    I was on the beach the other day and a woman walked up to me and said, "You have the body of a 30 year old. Do you feel like one?" I replied, "Absolutely, I'm willing if you are. But are you really 30?"..Then she hit me!! What'd I say???

    Just dropping in to confirm i'm still alive,lost a few more pounds,feeling great,although i'm definitely having those mind body conflics that oldtimer mentioned.Good lifting to everyone.

    Hey guys don't give up it's never too late. I was just notified that I'm going to be bodybuiler of the week coming up soon. I guess they haven't forgotten about us after all.
