ive been doing this program for a couple years now. never made it all the way. this time is going to be different. just wondering if any of you have tried atkins for phase 1? im doing that now and seeing awesome results.

Today is my last workout of my first week. I'm substituting a women's bootcamp class for the Kempo routine, because I think it'll work me a lot harder. I've realized just how out of shape I am, but I'm now more motivated than ever. Looking forward to a day of rest tomorrow, but then BRING ON WEEK TWO!!

HELLO everyone just joined today, vary cool to find a p90x group. I did my 90 day commitment back in 2010 jan 1st. P90x got me great resualts, not only that i fell in love with fitness, and i am now a trainer. Its funny how things work out like that.

Surprised myself today. Did 8 switch grip pull-ups with no assist. freakin awesome. Thats a long way from the 1-1/2 reps i started at.

I just finished day one of P90X, it reminded me of one of my old Army Infantry workouts, or the Police academy when the instructor was very mad at us. I LOVED IT!!! I can't wait until plyometrics tomorrow!!

Anyone ever gain weight doing P90x? I know, probably strange but I've done it for over a year now and would like to gain 10-15 lbs. I don't do the nutrition but eat pretty darn good during the week.

To the post below me... I have "Bring It" by Tony Horton and it is a great book, deffinately worth buying and reading! Another good book is "Body by Design"
