Oct 30, 2009 6:29am Did Core synergistics today.I thought it would be a Easy workout.But no Has to be one of the toughest for me.But on a good note day 23 down.Almost into phase 2.Still Brining it.Hooah

Oct 26, 2009 5:21am @ antdogg09 I take Hemo Rage before I workout I think any of those preworkout drinks will be fine.I think I use it more for the wake up effect since I start my workouts @ 0345.Use what ever works for you.The workout is a good pump by itself.

Oct 25, 2009 4:36pm @antdogg09 For me it's the same story as for jmorris4. I'm 3 weeks in and starting to see some changes. So far my bodyweight dropped 11 lbs. I like the program a lot, except for the single legged wall squats, those burn like hell ;).
