    Hey, skinny guy here trying to get in shape and build some muscle...if I do the p90x which sounds great and mix in some weight gaining exercises like squats and dead lifts...will this help? or should I just stick to a weight gaining workout? Thanks to all...

    42 days into my first round of P90X.more motivated each day.Finally starting to see results.Probally since the last 11 days diet has been right on track.Have a great day.

    @Rjthaman, I usually eat some fruit or something kinda light. Make sure you drink plenty of water. I just finished Day three of both p90X and Insanity. I am f'ing sore.

    So far the diet plan from P90X has been right on for me.Even though it's tough to get right.I feel better and look better.
