    So far the diet plan from P90X has been right on for me.Even though it's tough to get right.I feel better and look better.

    I was wondering any 1 know of better nutrition plan than the one p90x gives you..Any comments be helpful..

    Did Core synergistics today.I thought it would be a Easy workout.But no Has to be one of the toughest for me.But on a good note day 23 down.Almost into phase 2.Still Brining it.Hooah

    Hey guys, I want to start P90X next week. Does anyone have any input on what supplements are really necessary and what might be good (CHEAPER) alternatives to the necessary ones?

    @ antdogg09 I take Hemo Rage before I workout I think any of those preworkout drinks will be fine.I think I use it more for the wake up effect since I start my workouts @ 0345.Use what ever works for you.The workout is a good pump by itself.

    should i take jack3d or no xplode before doing p90x or just when im lifting weights?

    @antdogg09 For me it's the same story as for jmorris4. I'm 3 weeks in and starting to see some changes. So far my bodyweight dropped 11 lbs. I like the program a lot, except for the single legged wall squats, those burn like hell ;).

    A pull up bar really helps.But if you have a strong place that would support the bands I am sure that will work.Good Luck.
