Nov 18, 2009 5:36am 42 days into my first round of P90X.more motivated each day.Finally starting to see results.Probally since the last 11 days diet has been right on track.Have a great day.

Nov 11, 2009 6:07pm @Rjthaman, I usually eat some fruit or something kinda light. Make sure you drink plenty of water. I just finished Day three of both p90X and Insanity. I am f'ing sore.
