Dec 3, 2009 5:02pm Hey Andrea...Core Syn is one of the BEST dvds! It's one that I continue to use and modify to keep it interesting and kicking A$$! ...It's like anything, the first few times you do it your body is in shock. Stick with it you'll be just fine.

Nov 30, 2009 11:46pm I just started p90x lastnight I did Cardio X, then Chest and Back and finally Ab Ripper X...it was really hard but i got through it...can't wait for tomorrow!!!!

Nov 30, 2009 12:44pm Yea Core sucks because it tells you just what kinda shape you are in.Did core today i am 54 days into the program some days are better than others.But you do get better at it and stronger thats what keeps me going.Cannot wait to see how much better in shape I will be when I finish it.Keep pushing Play.

Nov 29, 2009 7:19pm Hi there...I just received my P90X set and tried out the Core Synergistics last night...OMG - I found it so hard it was almost unmotivating : - ((( I didn't think I was that unfit! Doesn't help that we are having a heat wave here at the moment! I'd love to hear any encouraging words...please tell me it gets easier!!! lol

Nov 28, 2009 5:38am Hope all had a great thanksgiving.Managed to get all 93 min of Yoga X in on Turkey day and watch a lot of football.On Day 52 trying to finish Phase 2 strong.

Nov 19, 2009 6:54pm Hey, skinny guy here trying to get in shape and build some muscle...if I do the p90x which sounds great and mix in some weight gaining exercises like squats and dead lifts...will this help? or should I just stick to a weight gaining workout? Thanks to all...

Nov 18, 2009 5:36am 42 days into my first round of P90X.more motivated each day.Finally starting to see results.Probally since the last 11 days diet has been right on track.Have a great day.
