Nov 2, 2009 8:33pm Guys i just completes the first day of p90x so i have 89 days left to transform my body. The workout was stellar my arms and shoulders are dead. but im going to keep pressing play so tom i have plyo yeah baby

Oct 17, 2009 12:37am @timmylmiller make sure that while doing p90x make sure that your using heavier weights and lower reps. Make sure that you keep it intense but don't compromise form. If you UP the calories make sure that it's quality calories over junk calories.

Oct 14, 2009 9:08am Just try upping the cals about 400 a day and monitor your progress. Adjust one way or the other based on your results. That is about the easiest way.

Aug 3, 2009 8:26pm Just finished my third round of P90X. Used this round to bulk up on it and gained 35lbs with only increasing my BF% up by 2%. Now for round 4 and time to get back down to 7% and show off the new muscles I built.
