    Hi every one. Giving this bodyspace thing a try. Don't have much of a bodybuilding support system locally. I have been working out and taking supplements for a long time. Have had a recent problem with motivation because of my first child. I couldn’t imagine how much more difficult it would be. But then I realized my physical fitness is even more important to him than it ever was to me.

    saturday night, cheat night. i went a little overboard, but the wife and i had some time to ourselves. we dedided to have a few drinks (rye and ginger). i also had half a can of pringles, not so good, but it was cheat night. oh well, tomarrow is another day. working out shoulders and abs tomarrow, hopefully i can work off what i ate and drank tonight. hope everyone is doing well and keep up the good work.

    new to the group and just wanted to say hi to everyone. hope all is well and everyone is keeping up with workouts. it's not always easy, but it pays off in the end.

    Bottom line is yes,we still have to stick to our regular gym workouts but in between here's what I do.When I go out, whether to office or out shopping,I put on a good pair of walking shoes.I walk brisk, take the stairs instead of elevators/escalators.More often than not I do something which most adults frown upon.I challenge my girls to race with me even in shopping malls..there will be lots of giggling and squealing..but it sure is fun! Never mind the nasty glances we get!

    I propose our goal for 2009 to be realistic,manageable but possible!Like my own personal progress plan, let us just make sure we get a bit in EVERY single day. No matter how little exercise we can squeeze in.
