Feb 8, 2009 2:18pm Read a post of one of my listed friends and she states sugary fruits are not that bad for you. You just need to eat the sugary (raisins, bananas, etc) after a workout so they are not store as fat. Has to do with the insulin spikes.

Feb 5, 2009 6:49am Try to do cardio (at least 45 min) in the morning on an empty stomach. Take thermos 30 min before. Inmediately after drink a protein shake (no fat, low carbs); then an hour later eat some oatmeal with white eggs (2-3 yolks/day). Try to stick to the fruits in the am and veggies after 3 pm. Grapefruit and berries are awesome. Stay away from suggary fuits (bananas, mangos, etc) There is an awesome article on M & F Dec 2008. Read it. Plan ahead, but worry about one day at a time.
