Read a post of one of my listed friends and she states sugary fruits are not that bad for you. You just need to eat the sugary (raisins, bananas, etc) after a workout so they are not store as fat. Has to do with the insulin spikes.

Try to do cardio (at least 45 min) in the morning on an empty stomach. Take thermos 30 min before. Inmediately after drink a protein shake (no fat, low carbs); then an hour later eat some oatmeal with white eggs (2-3 yolks/day). Try to stick to the fruits in the am and veggies after 3 pm. Grapefruit and berries are awesome. Stay away from suggary fuits (bananas, mangos, etc) There is an awesome article on M & F Dec 2008. Read it. Plan ahead, but worry about one day at a time.
