Yesterday, 2:01pm Thanks ladies! Getting there :-) I struggle with the low carb too, so i am cycling some which works better! How is everyone doing? Going to keep it clean for turkey day?

But I think i will try and do what i was doing before...i have ur diet u gave me and i have the one steve gave me.....I dont know...lol!!! FAT BE GONE...lol....I wish it was that easy..ha ha!!

Nov 21, 2009 5:46pm @deanna...prolly some of both the diet and maybe getn sick. I cannot do zero or barely any carb type food plan - i get in evil mood, no energy, cant think...its just not fun. Plus i believe fat burns better in the presence of carbs..as in I have carbs around workout times. but thats just from what i have researched. iim sure theres all different opinions out there

Nov 21, 2009 5:33pm Gemma- You have to boil the water and then put the powder and the cocoa mix in the blender. It all mixes once you blend it for 10 seconds, or so.
