    Happy Friday Everyone!! Ok, so I did something to motivate me. I had my hubby take nude pics of me so I could actually see the real me!! Holy crap!! That is all that it took!!!! Just an FYI, I started doing Get Extremely Ripped by Jari Love, and it kicks some major @ss!!! I highly recommend this for everyone!! Barnewolt = thanks for the encouragement!! XOXO

    Sending you all some motivation vibes today ladies....I am on my way out to my gym to hit up back and hamstrings....killed the legs and quads yesterday they hurt really bad today and that is a good thing!!!! Lets do this!!!
