MG180: I do some FST stuff at the beginning and for some body parts I do it at the end. I say it helps my joints because I am not using huge amounts of weight which can sometimes be a little too much for some joints.

Hey all. I just wanted to let you all know that I and some other keto vets started up a brand new FAQ thread with is presently full of some great information for newbies and the amount of info is very manageable since it's in its beginning stages. If you ever wanted to know more about the diet but never had the time to read up about it...you are welcome to stop by the nutrition section and check it out. It is a work in progress!

Has any one used or currently using Max-OT (heavy weight/low reps) training in their workouts? I've been using since 3/1/09, and wanted to get feedback from the group. I have seen great progress in strength gains and modest size. What's been your experience with this or similar workouts?

I have incorporated FST into most of my training and it is great (especially on the joints!).

Hey everyone. I wasn't too familiar with the FST concept so i did a little research and gave it a shot today for arm training. All I can say is WOW. Not only was I drenched, but my arms felt like they were going to explode. Can't wait to apply it to my other workouts.!!

Well since April I have lost 28 pounds of fat and have put on 5-6 pounds of lean muscle mass. I am incredibly carb sensitive and cutting calories just doesn't do much for me. I am one of the biggest posters over in keto and I head up a group for ladies there. For what it's worth, II think the biggest fans of keto are bb-ing newbies or people starting off at a high bodyfat percentage.

How has keto dieting worked for you? How much success have you had?

Hey all! Just wanted to stop in and say thanks for inviting me to the group! The one thing that I can contribute is my knowledge of keto diets and fat loss. Just this past April I was a big fat hot mess. So I know what it's like to be very unhappy and very frustrated with my body. My name is Christine btw....nice to meet you all!
