Hey all! Training is going well these days, got a boxing coach now to go along with my Mauy Thai coach. Hoping this will take my stand up game to a whole new level. I have my rematch coming up to avenge my loss from the Peterborough fight. Rematch is Nov/15/09 in woodbridge :) Will keep posting progress! 23.

Glad to hear you are back at it Brandy. Sometimes a few days rest is better than killing it everyday. The body and mind definatly need a break somedays.

Had to take a few days off from training...I was getting a bit burned out, physically, mentally, the whole thing...anyway hitting the gym today BIG TIME for a killer legs day. 2 more months of growing and then I start cutting in January. Can hardly wait to see what I've built! Happy training everyone! Happy Halloween too!

Go Canucks, as if that's going to help them...are they going to ever improve? Hope everyone else's teams are doing better than the Canucks...well, having said that I guess they'd have to be, cuz I think everyone has pretty much beaten the Canucks, so far. Gotta love Canada's favorite game! Happy training everyone!
