I started this group to connect with like-minded people living in the Rhode Island area.

Group Description

We are a group of RI's fittest individuals. We challenge ourselves to increase our overall health and fitness level through resistance training, cardio training, endurance training, sport specific training, and generally living healthy lives. We welcome members of all ages and fitness levels as long as you live in the RI area.

    It is the "Mother's day 5k" and the money supports the schools. $150 for first male/female and other prizes for top 3 M/F in each category. You can register on coolrunning.com
